Where to find your save
Use the launcher’s View save files control to open the folder used by your current installation, then select the SGTA4* slot file.
Rockstar Games Launcher → Settings → Grand Theft Auto IV → View save files → Open- File

What you can edit
The reviewed PC version-0x39 layouts only, including the preserved legacy GFWL footer. The Complete Edition store page does not establish every episode or platform layout.
| Money | Change money and its on-screen value, up to 999,999,999. |

| Health and armour | Adjust stored health and armour. |
| Weapons and ammunition | Change the active slot, weapon IDs and total ammunition in the ten existing slots. There is no separate saved magazine count. Total ammunition is capped at 24,999; weapon IDs must still make sense for the selected slot and episode. |
