Where to find your save
For Steam Cloud saves, select the persistentgamedata file for your expansion and slot. The numbered suffix identifies slot 1, 2 or 3.

- ab_, abp_, rep_ or rep+_persistentgamedata<slot>.dat; not gamestate files
What you can edit
Afterbirth, Afterbirth+, Repentance and Repentance+ layouts with the supported signatures. Current-run HP, items and room state, legacy 06R saves and console containers are excluded.
| Persistent resources | Change Eden tokens and donation counters. These are separate from coins, keys and bombs carried during a run. |
